Slightly stronger snaffle bit with tranz angled lozenge for a more comfortable mouth
The Beval cheeks give the rider a choice of 2 rein actions. The milder one giving slight poll pressure is to have the rein attached to the large bit ring. To increase the pressure slightly, the rein can be attached through the smaller lower ring.
The lozenge is shaped to roll over the tongue when a contact is taken up thereby bringing the tongue into play, but in a gentle fashion, not pinching or digging in
