Childrens safety irons Price: £ 19.99 Designed with children in mind, these safety irons have a rubber band on the outside of the stirrup iron which is designed to give way in the event of a fall. This should prevent a foot getting wedged in the stirrup. We do NOT recommend their use by older children or adults as their open sided design can cause them to bend under heavier weights which can lead to breakage. We recommend the Australian Simplex or Bent Leg irons once children are off the leading rein. |
